The RW Run Streak is here again, and this year it’s presented by TraningPeaks and Tracksmith! Thanksgiving Day kicks off the winter #RWRunStreak—where for 38 days, from November 25 to January 1, participants log at least one mile of running per day. It may seem daunting, but there are plenty of benefits, both mental and physical, to breaking a sweat every day.
