It’s that time of year again: crisp running weather, fallen leaves, and dozens of turkey trots to choose from. Ah, Thanksgiving. This year, I’m thankful for the time I get to spend with my family, the fact I can run, and good nutrition to make the miles feel effortless.
Per tradition, I’ll welcome the sunrise with 13.1 miles on Thanksgiving morning to offset the evening’s feast.
